Due to the scale and complexity of their operations, particularly the different access requirements for office and production teams, there was a need for a streamlined, compliant system that aligned with British Standards (BS). Previously, multiple third-party providers were responsible for different aspects of compliance, making it challenging for Directors and the Health & Safety team to maintain visibility and ensure consistency across all services.
