Bridgeman Business Hub – Telecoms & Wifi Case Study.

We were approached by Bridgeman Business Hub with an ambitious vision: to transform a newly acquired building in the heart of Wigan into a cutting-edge, fully managed office space. Their goal was to create a flexible and secure environment, offering everything from permanent office spaces to ad-hoc hot-desking facilities, and daily use meeting rooms.

Key to this transformation was ensuring easy and robust security for entry and exit, alongside providing seamless, shared telecommunications and highly secure and super fast internet services for the multiple tenants that will be using the service on a daily basis.

Bridgeman Business Hub is a modern office space located in Wigan, on Bridgeman Terrace, right next to Mesnes Park. It’s a key location that provides flexible office solutions for all types of businesses, from startups to established companies, now fully equipped with full-fibre, high-speed internet, secure entry systems, and CCTV surveillance, all within walking distance of Wigan town centre and key transport links to Manchester and beyond.

What We Did.

Our expert team began by designing and installing an advanced Access Control System. This system was meticulously configured to be unique to each tenant and even individual rooms, ensuring secure entry and exit points. Crucially, this access control was seamlessly integrated with their new sophisticated VoIP Telecoms System, allowing for secure door release directly through the phone system. Each tenant now has unique telephone numbers and bespoke call preferences, providing a fully personalised communication experience within a shared environment.

Understanding the paramount importance of connectivity and security in a managed office, we installed a full fibre broadband infrastructure. This was complemented by a robust firewall and secure gateway, providing a highly secure and private internet connection. We then implemented individual Wi-Fi access for each tenant, ensuring dedicated, high-speed, and secure wireless connectivity across the entire building, alongside secure guest Wi-Fi for ad-hoc use of the co-working spaces.

By providing this complete suite of services; from physical security to advanced communications and robust internet infrastructure – Lansafe delivered a complete business solution, designed for the demands of a modern, multi-tenant workspace.
