Our recently completed job and collaboration with Velden Engineering on the Industry 4.0 Manufacturing Hub project exemplifies this commitment. The dedication and skill that went into the Industry 4.0 Manufacturing Hub project certainly demonstrates this commitment.

Established in 1973, and has just completed it’s 50th year in Service. Velden is now widely regarded as one of the best sub-contract facilities offering total engineering solutions within the UK. Simple components, to complex assemblies and turn-key projects are all within our capability.

What We Did.

As a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the UK, we were entrusted with the crucial task of transforming Velden’s vision into a reality. The Industry 4.0 Manufacturing Hub stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence and cutting-edge technology.

Our team, led by Lee Roby, Managing Director, and Phillip Mallalieu, Director of Installations and Security, worked closely with Ray Newton, IT & Systems Manager at Velden, on this project to understand the objectives and requirements. Above all. we provided expert advice and guidance during the project. By all means ensuring that every aspect of the hub aligned with Velden’s vision. One of the key components of the project involved the installation of new network cabling with CAT6 data points, a task that we certainly executed with precision and efficiency.

Velden’s design and specification required the installation of all data and power runs to be fitted in Charcoal (Black) trunking containment. Lee and Phil worked closely with Ray on the CAD designs of the building’s structure. Finally, this ensured the fit and finish were all done to a very high standard. Additionally, we fitted all electrical sockets and components with a brand-new power distribution board, including a bespoke hand-made ceiling-suspended LED Dextra track lighting system tailored specifically for Velden.
